Dispute Resolution: Mediation / Arbitration
Most transactions are completed with complete satisfaction but every now and then a buyer and seller cannot come to an agreement. If this happens to you then you can simply request arbitration by Dover Mart. Arbitrations are taken very seriously by Dover Mart. To file a grievance you must be logged in as a member.
To ensure fairness, all parties have already agreed in advance to abide by the Dover Mart terms of service during registration.
A copy of each communication is sent to all parties involved; the buyer, the seller and the arbitrator assigned to settle the dispute.
