Although this site is particularly for people living in the Dover District Area, anyone, anywhere in the world can advertise on the site; there are facilities for mail order, and much else, within the catalogue.

The website is the online equivalent of the classified ads you will find at the back of offline newspapers. To place an advertisement you will need a credit card to pay through Pay Pal. You do not need to open a Pay Pal account.
Using the site is simplicity itself. If you are looking for an item for sale, go to Search, or Categories.
If you wish to sell, have a picture ready for upload then go to Add-an-Ad to fill in an online form. We like to think we've covered most eventualities in categories but should you not find what you're looking for, in for example in Home & Leisure > Collecting, contact us first and we will introduce the category to the site.
Sellers on this site have a username and email contact is made through the website. It is not direct because it preserves your privacy and protects you from spam. You can, of course, add to your selling information if you wish your telephone number, home address and email address, but we do not recommend this. A website address is OK.
When you have completed your advertisement and payment has been made the advertisement will appear with a thumbnail photograph. Clicking on this will provide an enlargement.
There is no limit to the number of advertisements you can place at any one time. Each one will cost £1.00 per 28 days and in effect, you rent a 'slot' for the whole period. Unless you are one of our lucky winners when you have a slot for one year - for free!
Any event listed automatically goes to the Dover & District Diary and remains there until the date of the event has passed. An additional feature is short written reviews of the occasion together with photograph, by the original advertiser, can be uploaded and will remain on site for 90 days.
FREE SPACE for FREEBIES; anyone who places an ad. in the 'Free' sections on the site will not have to pay for their ad.. It's time to turn out your attic.....
